Trumpf 3030 TruFlow 3200: CO2 Laser Cutting machine with a working range of 3 mt x 1,5 mt, 3 kW of power, with automatic sheets loading and unloading functions.

Fasani Automazioni automated warehouse capable to handle 520 ton of raw and cutteted materials. In addition to the integrated operativity with Laser cutting machine, it guarantees the continuous availability of Stock of raw materials, based on FIFO system for the rotation of the materials.

Technologies and know how allow us to operate on a wide range of materials: Iron and Construction Steel with Thicknesses up to 25mm, Stainless Steel and Aluminum with Thicknesses up to 20mm, Brass and Copper with Thicknesses up to 8 mm.

Bending Machines and Calendering

Trumpf TruBend 5320 Robotic: CNC Synchronized Hydraulic Press Brake with a pressing force of 3200 kN, capable of handling material up to 4 meters in length. It is equipped with a Starmatik 6-axis anthropomorphic bending robot with a load capacity of 100 kg.

Trumpf TruBend Center 5030 Semi-Automatic: CNC Synchronized Hydraulic Panel Bender, Semi-Automatic, capable of handling material up to 3.1 meters in length. It is equipped with optical and laser control systems for the bending phases.

Trumpf TruBend Cell 7000: Electric Press Brake with a pressing force of 360 kN, capable of handling material up to 500 mm in size. It is equipped with an anthropomorphic bending robot, capable of autonomously setting up the machine for production.

Trumpf TruBend 5170 Robotized: Hydraulic Synchronized CNC Bending Press with 1700 kN power force, capable to handling materials up to 4 m. It is equipped with Antil 120 Robot with 5 axes and a capacity of 100 Kg.

FvMercati Phsy 12530: Hydraulic Synchronized CNC Bending Press with 1250 kN power force, equipped with back 8 axes register, capable to handling materials up to 3 mt.

Trumpf TrumaBend V230: CNC Hydraulic Press Brake with a pressing force of 2300 kN, capable of handling material up to 3 meters in length.

Calender: Calender with three 80 mm diameter rolls, capable to handling materials up to 1 mt with Thicknesses up to 5 mm.

Our technologies and know-how allow us to work with a wide range of materials: Structural Steels, Galvanized and Stainless Steels, Aluminum, Brass, Copper, and Titanium, with thicknesses ranging from 0.1 mm to 10 mm.

Welding Machines

Panasonic Tawers WG3 ARc: Anthropomorphic robot arm with 6 axes of motion and MIG-MAG-Inverter welding torch, operating on two stations with lathes.

Robotizzata Panasonic: Anthropomorphic robot arm with 7 axes of motion and MIG-MAG-Inverter welding torch. The extra axle allows the use of two separate welding islands.

MIG-MAG-TIG welding stations: Manual welding stations with powers up to 400 A.

Inverter welding stations: Equipped with ball table and Adaptive Control Point, with 114 kWA at 50% power, can work on materials like copper, brass and aluminum.

Projection Welders: Computerized with Adaptive Control Point, implemented on fixed and suspended equipment, with power ranging from 60 to 190 kWA.

Threading machines: Dedicated stations with threading capacity up to M12.

Belt cutter: Dedicated station with 200 mm bolt opening.

Metrology

Exagon Absolute Arm: Computerized 3D measurement arm with a measurement repeatability of 0.017mm, it is combined with CTR software for direct verification of maths.

Measurement tools: Certified and calibrated tools according to ISO 9001 certification.
